Glycyl-L-Tyrosine Dihydrate is used in process for producing N-Glycyltyrosine. Glycyl-L-Tyrosine Dihydrate is the anhydrous form of Glycyl-L-tyrosine(G720108); which is used in preparation method of high quality Aspartame and Aspartame crystallization-inducing agent.
