描述

在 esculetin 和 HA14-1 (sc-205911) 的存在下，已觀察到死亡受體 4 (DR4) 的表達上調，并且細胞外調節激酶 (ERK) 被激活。其他研究表明 esculetin 上調死亡受體 5 (DR5) 蛋白表達，并增強 TRAIL 誘導的細胞凋亡。它還抑制 12-LO（12-脂氧合酶）的活性，并在 5-LO 抑制期間減少白三烯的生物合成。
